Elifcan Celebi received the “Sirin Tekeli Research Encouragement Award 2018” by the Gender and Women's Studies Center of Excellence at Sabanci University (Istanbul).
The award ceremony took place on 1st of December at the Minerva Palace in Istanbul. The award is endowed with approx. 1000€. The winners will present their research findings at a conference in Istanbul in December 2019.

Elifcan Celebi is a Doctoral Researcher at the International Max Planck Research School on the Social and Political Constitution of the Economy (IMPRS-SPCE). IMPRS-SPCE is a joined program by the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies, Cologne, and the Cologne Center for Comparative Politics (CCCP), University of Cologne.
